We welcome Grant Matheson as Patron The Tauranga Ski Club is delighted to introduce Grant Matheson as our third Patron.

Grant’s journey with the Club is nothing short of legendary. As our longest-standing committee member, Grant has dedicated countless hours — rain, shine, or snow —to helping shape the Club into the welcoming, resilient community it is today.

A natural leader with a great many leadership skills, Grant served as President of the Club for many years, guiding us through pivotal moments with a steady hand and a clear vision. His ability to bring people together, solve problems, and lead with heart is creating a lasting legacy.

Whether he’s rallying volunteers for working bees, spinning a great yarn by the fire, or quietly making sure things get done behind the scenes, Grant brings a tireless energy and a deep love for the Club that inspires everyone around him.

But what truly sets Grant apart is his unwavering passion for ensuring the longevity of the Club. His commitment has been instrumental in helping us navigate the seasons, preserve our heritage, and continue to grow for future generations.
